Your Role
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, managing front-of-house operations with efficiency and empathy. You’ll support clinical teams, delight clients, and keep our practice running seamlessly.
Key responsibilities:
Client Reception: Greet clients warmly, manage appointments, check-ins/outs, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Administrative Excellence: Process payments, update records in EzyVet, manage phone lines, and maintain accurate client files.
Team Coordination: Liaise between clients, vets, and nurses to ensure smooth patient flow and timely communication.
Client Advocacy: Provide compassionate support during consultations, follow-ups, and sensitive discussions like pet health updates.
Operational Support: Assist with stock management, clinic tidiness, and ad-hoc tasks to keep the front desk running efficiently.
Positive Culture: Contribute to a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that reflects Evervet’s values of care and collaboration.
About You
You're a self-motivated, empathetic, proactive communicator who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people and their pets with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
You'll bring:
Reception experience, ideally in veterinary (Ezyvet a plus).
Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking under pressure, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Empathy for pet-owner bonds, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Positive energy, punctuality, and solution-focused problem-solving.
