SOFT TISSUE SURGERY

Soft tissue surgery is a specialised branch of veterinary medicine that focuses on surgical procedures involving organs, muscles, and other non-bony tissues in animals. Unlike orthopaedic surgery, which deals with bones and joints, soft tissue surgery addresses a wide range of internal and external conditions in pets.

We offer a comprehensive range of soft tissue surgeries tailored to meet the specific needs of your furry companions. Some common types of soft tissue surgeries we perform include:

  • Surgical Wound Management: Surgical closure and management of wounds, lacerations, and injuries to promote proper healing and prevent infections.

  • Abdominal Surgery: Procedures involving the organs within the abdomen, such as the liver, spleen, intestines, and bladder surgeries.

  • Respiratory Surgery: Addressing conditions affecting the respiratory system, such as airway obstruction and tumor resections.

  • Urogenital Surgery: Surgeries involving the reproductive and urinary organs in male and female pets.

  • Gastrointestinal Surgery: Addressing gastrointestinal issues like obstructions, foreign body removal, and gastric dilation volvulus (GDV).
