Your Role
As Clinic Team Leader, you’ll inspire and empower a cohesive team of veterinary nurses and support staff to perform at their best. You’ll work closely with the clinical leadership team to ensure our nursing operations run efficiently and with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Mentor: Build a cohesive, motivated team of veterinary nurses and support staff through coaching, feedback, and support.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily workflows across consulting and nursing areas, ensuring best practice standards and smooth clinical operations.
Champion Quality and Care: Promote fear-free handling, patient comfort, and ongoing development of nursing standards.
Team Development: Identify growth opportunities, coordinate training, and encourage continual professional learning.
Client Experience: Support the delivery of exceptional service and ensure every client feels valued, informed, and supported.
Culture and Values: Model Evervet’s values by promoting respect, teamwork, and a positive, inclusive clinic environment.
About You
You’re a confident and compassionate leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You enjoy guiding a team towards shared goals and take pride in delivering exceptional standards of patient and client care.
You’ll bring:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or higher), or 3+ years’ senior nursing experience with leadership exposure.
Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and coordinate a team.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for animal wellbeing and a commitment to supporting high-quality, fear-free care.
