Evervet South Yarra is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join our growing practice.

Our South Yarra clinic is a well-established small animal practice with a strong focus on preventative care, medicine, dentistry and client relationships. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients, understanding their goals and concerns, and partnering with them to achieve the best outcomes for their pets.
Supported by our broader group of clinics, we work collaboratively to ensure patients receive the care they need while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment for our team.
The Role
We are seeking a veterinarian who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, listening to their concerns, and partnering with them to achieve the best outcomes for their pets.
You will enjoy:
Building long-term relationships with clients and their pets
Taking the time to listen to clients and help them make informed decisions about their pet's care
Working up medical cases using in-house diagnostics, pathology and ultrasonography
Managing hospital patients and ongoing case care
Performing dentistry, including extractions and dental xrays
Routine soft tissue surgery such as castrations and lump removals
Working closely with a skilled and supportive nursing team
For veterinarians interested in broadening their responsibilities, there may be opportunities to contribute to mentoring, clinical standards and the ongoing development of the clinic.
About You
You will:
Have experience in small animal practice
Be confident with dentistry and dental extractions
Enjoy medicine, diagnostics and case management
Be comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgery
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively
Be committed to delivering outstanding patient care
Most importantly, you will enjoy being part of a team that values kindness, communication, continuous improvement and doing what's best for the pet.
